 Who we are

Fondly Freddy is a publication operated by LOT77 (BE1012313576), a company registered in Belgium. The website is fondlyfreddy.com. All enquiries can be directed to fondlyfreddy@gmail.com.

Using this website

By accessing fondlyfreddy.com, you agree to use it honestly and in good faith. You may read, share, and link to any content published on this site. You may not reproduce substantial portions of our content on other platforms or publications without written permission.

Fondly Freddy is a publication intended for adults. By using this site you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

The newsletter

When you subscribe to the Fondly Freddy newsletter, you agree to receive email communications from us — approximately one piece every two weeks. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. We will not interpret your subscription as consent to contact you about anything unrelated to fondly freddy's content and events.

Our content

All written content published on fondlyfreddy.com — including blog posts, newsletter issues, and page copy — is the intellectual property of Fondly Freddy unless otherwise stated. It is protected by copyright under Belgian and European law.

You are welcome to quote short passages with clear attribution and a link to the original piece. You may share our content on social media. You may not republish full pieces, paraphrase them substantially without attribution, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Research findings referenced in our content are the work of the respective researchers and institutions. We link to original sources wherever possible and encourage readers to consult them directly.

The experiences and events

Fondly Freddy organises private, invitation-based experiences including dinners, half-days, and gatherings. Participation in these events is by mutual agreement. Specific terms — including cancellation, payment, and confidentiality — are communicated separately at the point of enquiry and confirmed in writing before any event takes place.

What is said in a Fondly Freddy event stays within that room unless participants explicitly agree otherwise. We take the confidentiality of our events seriously. If you attend a Fondly Freddy experience, you agree to the same standard.

Interview subjects and contributors

All interviews published on Fondly Freddy are conducted with the explicit prior consent of the interview subject. By agreeing to be interviewed, the subject grants Fondly Freddy and LOT77 (BE1012313576) the right to publish the conversation in edited form across all Fondly Freddy platforms, including the website, newsletter, and any associated social media channels.

Before publication, interview subjects are given the opportunity to review quotes directly attributed to them. This review is for factual accuracy only. Fondly Freddy reserves the right to edit all interviews for length and clarity without altering the meaning of what was said. The final editorial decision — including structure, framing, and title — rests solely with Fondly Freddy.

We do not publish the full name, employer, or other identifying information of an interview subject without their explicit consent. Where a subject requests anonymity, we will honour that request and clearly indicate in the published piece that identifying details have been withheld or changed.

If you are an interview subject and have concerns about how your contribution has been represented, contact fondlyfreddy@gmail.com within 14 days of publication. We will address your concern promptly and in good faith.

Paid subscriptions and memberships

Fondly Freddy may in future offer paid subscription tiers providing access to additional content, archives, or community features. Where paid tiers exist, the following terms apply.

Subscriptions are billed on the cycle described at the time of purchase — monthly or annually. Payment is processed securely through our platform provider. Fondly Freddy does not store your payment details directly.

Paid subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by Belgian consumer law. If you cancel a paid subscription, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Fondly Freddy reserves the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect, and will have the option to cancel before the new pricing applies.

If a paid tier is discontinued entirely, subscribers will be notified with reasonable advance notice and offered a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of their subscription.

Events — payment, cancellation and conduct

Participation in Fondly Freddy events — including dinners, half-days, and gatherings — is subject to a separate confirmation process. Specific pricing, payment terms, and logistical details are communicated at the point of enquiry and confirmed in writing before any event takes place. These terms apply in addition to that confirmation.

Payment

Payment for events is due as specified in the individual event confirmation. Fondly Freddy reserves the right to release a reserved place if payment is not received by the agreed date.

Cancellation by the attendee

If you need to cancel your participation in a Fondly Freddy event, please notify us as early as possible at fondlyfreddy@gmail.com. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable, except in cases of demonstrable emergency, which will be assessed at Fondly Freddy's discretion.

Cancellation by Fondly Freddy

Fondly Freddy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to circumstances beyond our control, insufficient attendance, or any other reason at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation by Fondly Freddy, all attendees will receive a full refund of any amounts paid.

Curation and right to refuse

Fondly Freddy events are deliberately curated. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or withdraw an invitation at any stage, without being required to provide a reason. This is not a personal judgement — it is a curatorial one. The integrity of the room depends on it.

Conduct

Attendees are expected to engage in good faith, with honesty and respect for others in the room. Fondly Freddy reserves the right to ask any attendee to leave an event if their conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the spirit of the experience. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

Confidentiality

What is said in a Fondly Freddy event stays within that room. By attending, you agree not to share the specific contributions of other attendees outside the event without their explicit consent. You may speak about your own experience and what you personally took from the evening. You may not attribute statements or disclosures to named individuals without their permission.

Accuracy and corrections

We make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of content published on Fondly Freddy, including the research we reference. If you believe something we have published is factually incorrect, write to fondlyfreddy@gmail.com with the specific concern. If we have made an error, we will correct it and note the correction transparently.

Limitation of liability

Fondly Freddy is a publication — not a therapist, coach, consultant, or legal advisor. Nothing published on this site or communicated in our newsletter constitutes professional advice of any kind. You are responsible for how you apply what you read here to your own life and work.

To the extent permitted by Belgian law, Fondly Freddy is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from your use of this website or participation in our events.

External links

We link to external sources — academic papers, research institutions, publications — to support the evidence behind our content. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of external websites. A link from Fondly Freddy is not an endorsement of everything on that site.

Affiliate links and commercial relationships

From time to time, FondlyFreddy may include affiliate links in blog posts or newsletter issues. This means that if you click a link and make a purchase, Fondly Freddy may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you. We will always disclose when a link is affiliate in nature — either inline or at the top of the piece.

Fondly Freddy may also on occasion work with partners, sponsors, or brands whose work is genuinely relevant to our subject matter. Where any content is sponsored, affiliated, or produced in partnership with a third party, this will always be disclosed on that piece or communication. Any content produced in partnership with or funded by a third party will always be clearly marked as such. Unlabelled content is always independent editorial - no commercial relationship influenced it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Fondly Freddy grows. If we make changes that affect your rights as a subscriber or event participant, we will notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes arising from your use of fondlyfreddy.com or participation in Fondly Freddy events shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
